General Return Conditions

All products in the online store www.cutismedical.com are 100% original. The photographs are for illustrative purposes, and actual products may differ in color, shape, size, and other parameters from the images on the site. Each product has a description next to the photo and an expiration date indicated on the packaging by the manufacturer.

According to the Estonian Consumer Protection Act (Tarbijakaitseseadus) and European Union legislation, the customer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving it. This right applies to all purchases made online, including cosmetic products.

Return Procedure

Return Request. To return a product, you must submit a request in free form to the email address info@cutismedical.com within 14 days from receiving the parcel. The request must include: the reason for the return, the customer’s first and last name, the product name, and the order number.

The product must be in proper condition — unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and seals. The return of cosmetic products is only possible if the packaging is intact. If the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, the return is impossible for hygiene reasons (Article 53(4) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council on Consumer Rights).

Proof of purchase. To process the return, proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or electronic confirmation) must be provided.

If a defect is found, the customer must notify cutismedical.com by sending an email to info@cutismedical.com with the following information: the customer’s first and last name, contact details, date, suspected defect (preferably with a photo), and the order number or copy of the invoice. The respective request must be sent no later than 14 days after discovering the defect.

Cutismedical.com is not responsible for defects caused by customer negligence, improper use, or natural wear during regular use.

Refunds

The refund for the returned product and shipping costs will be paid to the customer’s account within 30 days of receiving the returned product at cutismedical.com, due to the varying processing times of payment systems. Contact your bank if you need to expedite the process.

The refund will be made using the same method used for payment (e.g., bank account or PayPal). We also refund the initial shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as delivering a defective product).

Responsibility for Returning the Product

The cost of returning the product is covered by the customer. cutismedical.com covers the shipping cost only if the product was defective or did not match the order.

Exchange Conditions

If the customer wishes to exchange a product for another or for the same product of a different size, the shipping costs are covered by the customer. The exception is if the product is defective or does not match the order.
