TIME-TESTED In 1969, famous American scientists NV Perricone and JC DiNardo conducted two experiments showing the anti-inflammatory effect of glycolic acid. [1] It is also proved that AHAs remove dead skin cells. Subsequently, American scientists carried out investigations that revealed that a 20-70% concentration of glycolic acid penetrates to the level of the dermis, boosting the following processes: fibroblasts and Langerhans cells activity.[2] Fibroblasts produce collagen, elastin fibers and Langerhans cells improve skin‘s immune system and protect it from harmful environmental effects. This is why Glycolic acid is one of the most important ingredients in ODA cosmetics. We offer four different concentrations (25%, 35%, 50%, 70%) for chemical peels, which solve a wide range of dermatological problems. |

EFFECTIVE With the help of this acid, the customer’s skin gains the power of vitality. The effect is strongest when the pH of the acid is low because bacteria multiply at an acidic pH of 5.5 or more. ODA single-acid peels are lower pH, thus creating a breeding ground for harmful microorganisms, and acid applied directly to the skin stimulates a natural renewal process and the removal of the outermost layer of dead cells. American scientist E.J. Van Scott claims that the AHA acids, particularly glycolic acid, have long been known as an excellent ingredient that firms the skin and increases its elasticity. Acting with vitamins E, C, and B, this acid reduces the number of wrinkles, promotes intensive regeneration of the skin and ensures long-term effects. |
